When 15 year old Erik got a Nikon fm2 as a gift from his mother he decided he wanted to be a photographer when he grew up. After finishing media school in Skövde he followed up his studies at Gamleby advertising photography school. Always being fascinated by the city and interested in capturing the light in places and environments it felt natural that the architectural and interior photographer profession was his calling. So after finising his studies, and made a detour assisting Calle Stolz and Steven Meisel, he started assisting Åke E:son Lindman. After travelling all over the world and also managing exhibitions and different book projects with E:son Lindman he finally started his own business.

Inspired by film, art (Stanley Kubrick, David Lynch, Caspar David Friedrich, Gregory Crewdson, James Turrell, Oscar Niemeyer…), travelling and meeting creative people Erik today works with clients such as Ving, Alcro, Sandell & Sandberg, Whyte+Lilja, Scandic, Fabege, Ahlqvist&Almqvist, Elite Hotels, Willa Nordic, Götenehus and Atrium Ljungberg. He has been published in magazines such as Architecture Digest, O at Home, House and Garden, Residence, Sköna hem and Plaza interiör. He works a lot on location but also in his studio in central Stockholm.

Besides being an excellent photographer Erik is the king of parallel parking, he loves really good coffee and Italian food!
